What: In this full body bootcamp we will utilize the popular kettlebell from start to finish, in a high intensity, calorie burning, body sculpting workout. The kettlebell develops strength, while improving your cardiovascular conditioning, increasing flexibility and sculpting firm, toned and sexy bodies.

What: Amanda will lead you through a series of intense core body exercises focusing on the abs, obliques, lower back, hip flexors and glutes, while getting the most out of your heart and lungs. This bootcamp will develop core strength, while flattening tummies and strengthening your heart.
